The Cerasuola is a single-varietal masterpiece—award-winning and internationally recognized, having earned the prestigious NYIOOC Gold Award, affirming its status as one of the finest olive oils produced in Sicily for its exceptional taste and quality. With a robust profile the flavor is difficult to match, where initial notes are herbaceous, reminiscent of freshly cut grass and wild chicory, leading into the earthy aromas of artichoke and tomato and a finish which delivers a pleasant peppery sensation that lingers at the back of the throat.
The Blend is crafted from three classic Sicilian varieties—Cerasuola, Biancolilla, and Nocellara. Golden with green reflections, it offers notes of artichoke, tomato, and a subtle hint of almond adds depth, with a harmonious balance of bitterness and spiciness.
