Can I get a refund?
Yes, absolutely! If you need to cancel your order, we will provide a full refund as long as the pallet has not yet been shipped from the mill.
Can I receive my oil sooner?
Our business model is built on reducing costs by waiting to fill the pallet. However, if you need your oil sooner, we can arrange for expedited air shipping. Just contact us, and we’ll make it happen!
Why do we need to wait for the pallet to be filled?
To keep shipping costs as low as possible, we wait until the pallet is full and the order is shared among the most people. This helps reduce the cost per liter and makes high-quality EVOO more affordable for everyone.
How do I store bulk ordered olive Oil?
To maintain the quality of your EVOO, store it in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. It's best to keep it sealed in its original container to prevent oxidation. If you’re storing large quantities, we recommend transferring smaller amounts into smaller, airtight bottles for daily use.
How is your EVOO different from store-bought olive oil?
Our Extra Virgin Olive Oil is freshly harvested and cold-pressed within 24 hours, ensuring maximum freshness and preserving the highest levels of antioxidants and polyphenols. Unlike store-bought olive oils, which may be blended or processed over time, our oil is pure, organic, and of the highest quality.
Is your olive oil certified organic?
Yes, our EVOO is certified organic. We source it from trusted, sustainably managed farms in Sicily, where the oil is produced with the utmost care and attention to quality.
What are polyphenols?
Polyphenols are powerful antioxidants found in olive oil that can help protect your body against inflammation, promote heart health, and support overall wellness. They are one of the key reasons why EVOO is so beneficial for your health.
How many people are involved in this process?
Our process involves a dedicated team: the farmers who grow the olives, the Madre Terra Cooperative and mill that processes the oil, Inside Source managing distribution, and you—the valued customer who receives it!

Where is Inside Source located?
Inside Source is based in South Deerfield, Massachusetts. Our team is split between the U.S. and Sicily—Patrick and Louise manage operations in Massachusetts, while Accursio and Petra oversee the farming and milling process in Sciacca, Sicily.
